Rachelle Parker is an Oklahoma native from Cleveland, OK. In 1996, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia where she worked as an Assistant Manager for Kroger Co. from 1997-2006.

In 2006, Rachelle returned to the classroom to pursue a degree in Human Service Development Administration at Gainesville State College. In addition, she accepted a job with Gainesville State College as an Administrative Assistant for the Student Activities office. In 2008, she began working with the Office of Counseling and Career Services as well as the Office of Diversity and Inclusion as an advisor for Student clubs and organizations. In addition, she became an Event Coordinator working with students and faculty to bridge the gap between student activities and the classroom.

In 2012, after finishing her degree in H.S.D.A., she returned to Oklahoma and began work as a Child Support caseworker for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. In addition, Rachelle worked part-time as an Adoption Counselor for Adoption Affiliates before accepting a job with the Rotary Club of Tulsa as the Marketing & Membership Coordinator in 2014.

Rachelle lives in Cleveland, OK, near Lake Keystone with her partner, Bryan Langley, and their dog Petey. She has one daughter, Katelyn, who lives in Atlanta and is in her sophomore year at the University of North Georgia.
